These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the free materials offered by Guaranteed Growth Partners, Inc. ("GGP," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. Paid services are governed by the separate written Services Agreement you sign with us; if anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

What we offer

We provide local-business automation services — including missed-call and message capture, automated booking, review automation, and related setup and management — described on our site by "stack." We also offer a free, no-obligation audit summarizing where a business may be losing customer contacts and which services could help.

No guarantee of results

The name "Guaranteed Growth Partners" is our brand and does not promise any specific result. We help you capture and convert the customers already reaching out to you, but we do not guarantee any particular revenue, number of leads, ranking, or other outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offers, responsiveness, and third-party platform performance.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use our services for unlawful purposes or content that violates applicable laws or carrier and platform policies.

Text messaging

If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive recurring automated texts at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Details on how we handle messaging data are in our Privacy Policy. If we send messages on a client's behalf, the client is responsible for obtaining valid consent from their own contacts.

Fees and payment

The audit is free. Paid services, fees, billing, and any pass-through costs (such as carrier, messaging, registration, and phone-number fees) are set out in your signed Services Agreement and billed through our payment processor.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and our methods, templates, workflows, and know-how are owned by GGP and protected by law. We grant you a limited license to view the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our materials without permission.

Third-party platforms and links

Our services run on third-party platforms (for example, our CRM/messaging provider, telephony provider, and payment processor), and our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, or content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and free materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or free materials.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Los Angeles County, California, unless your signed Services Agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site means you accept it.
