About us
Guaranteed Growth Partners, Inc. is a California S-Corporation established in 2023, providing small-business systems, consulting, and related services across Southern California.
Use of this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes related to learning about and engaging our services. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that burden our infrastructure, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful material.
Information on this site is not a contract
Descriptions, pricing, and timelines shown here are starting points for discussion, not binding offers. Actual scope, price, and schedule are established in a written proposal or agreement before any work begins. We may change pricing and service descriptions at any time.
Bookings and consultations
Scheduling a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Consultations are informational.
Client engagements
When you engage us, the terms of that engagement — including scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, ownership, and termination — are set out in a separate written agreement. Where we build systems in your own accounts, you retain ownership of those accounts and their data. Ongoing support arrangements are month-to-month unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Our intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, logo, and marks — belongs to GGP. Our underlying methods, templates, and reusable components remain ours, including when used in client work. Client-specific deliverables are addressed in the engagement agreement.
Third-party platforms
Our work often involves third-party platforms and services. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and pricing, which are between you and the provider. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their pricing or features, or their acts and omissions.
No guarantee of results
Results vary by business. We help you capture and convert customers who are already reaching out to you; we do not promise specific revenue, lead volume, ranking, or other outcomes. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of results.
Regulated industries
Online-store availability and requirements vary by industry. Regulated products — including tobacco and vape — carry additional legal, age-verification, and payment-processing requirements. We will review these with you before any build. You remain responsible for your business's compliance with laws applicable to it.
